I coated clear tubing in GL33 Turquoise Sunrise glass, sleeved it in clear, then added a wig wag cap made of Golden Gate lined tubing and shaped into a spoon pipe. I coated slime, gl33, and silver seaweed in clear glass, tapered the rods, attached them to the spoon and shaped the horns.
